How to use Weldcut CO2 Regulator for IVF Lab

1. Please ensure that the carbon dioxide incubator is switched off before fitting the regulator.
2. You must necessarily have the key to open the Carbon dioxide regulator for the regulator to fit properly. Also you should have large size adjustable spinner with the help of which you will tighten the regulator easily.
3. The regulator is very easy to use, for this first you have to check that the threads of the carbon dioxide cylinder should not be deformed so that the regulator does not get damaged while fitting.
4. Before fitting the regulator, close the regulator with its black knob. And at the same time loosen the knob located in the center of the regulator by rotating it anticlockwise so that the pressure of carbon dioxide does not increase suddenly.
5. Before tightening the nut of the IVF CO2 Incubator Regulator, put Teflon tape on the thread of the regulator properly so that the chances of leakage are minimised.
