How to use Test Tube Warmer?
In general, this product is used in IVF Lab and IUI Lab. It is very easy to use the product. Three aluminum blocks are given to keep 15 ml conical centrifuge test tube inside the product. The temperature of these three blocks has to be kept 37 centigrade under normal conditions. You can also clean the aluminums block by seventy percent or thought autoclave procedure.
To set the temperature inside the seamen warmer, a digital temperature controller is provided, with the help of which you can set the temperature of the warmer. Under normal conditions this temperature is kept at 37 centigrade. When you switch on the product, about 20-35 minutes after switching on the product temperature is stabilised at the set value.You should never clean the product with excessive water, just wipe with a damp cloth.
What are the precautions related to using the product?
- Product must always be used with 220V electricity.
- Never set product temperature more than 50 centigrade, by doing this 15 test tube can melt and stick with the aluminum blocks.
- Always keep the product temperature at 37 Centigrade.
- Always get the product serviced at an authorised service center.
- The product must be calibrated in every 3-5 months.
- Always keep the external temperature of the product 25-28 centigrade as the product does not work properly due to excessive outside heat.
